See how every class is doing, from anywhere
When the door runs on paper and a cash tin, the owner can't see how a class went until someone adds it up, and the attendance and the money rarely match until the cash is counted days later. With several classes a week across two or three halls, nobody has the whole picture. ClassMetrix gives it to you as it happens: each check-in at the door is also the payment record, so from your phone or your laptop, at the class or at home, you can see who came tonight, what they paid and how, and what each class made after its hall and its teachers.

Why paper leaves you blind
A sign-in sheet records who came. The cash tin holds what was paid. Pass cards hold what was prepaid. Three records, kept by three different things, none of them added up until someone sits down with a spreadsheet at the end of the month. In the meantime:
- Attendance and payments drift apart. Twenty names on the sheet, cash for fourteen, and nobody remembers which six were on passes.
- The cash gets reconciled later, or never. If the tin is short, you find out weeks after the night it happened.
- More classes, more venues, less visibility. A Tuesday class in one hall and a Thursday in another are two sheets in two bags.
- You hear about a quiet night from the teacher, not the numbers. "Wednesdays feel quiet" is the only report you get.
What you see instead
In ClassMetrix the door taps a name and taps how that person paid. That one tap is the attendance and the payment record, so the two can never disagree. From that moment the owner can open the app anywhere and see:
- Tonight, as it happens. Who is in, who paid cash, card or pass, and who still owes. From home, if you are not at the class.
- Every class and every venue in one place. Monday in the church hall, Thursday in the studio, the Saturday social: one list, one set of numbers.
- What each class made. Takings minus hall hire, teacher pay and one-off costs, per night and per month, with the number of people it needs to break even.
- Whether the cash adds up. What each tin should hold, and whether the last count was exact, short or over.
- Who is drifting away. Regulars who haven't been for a few weeks, and the class they were last at.

Questions
Can I see how a class went if I wasn't there?
Yes. The door records each person as they arrive, so the owner can open ClassMetrix on a phone or computer anywhere and see who came and what they paid while the class is still on, or the next morning.
How does it keep attendance and payments in sync?
They are the same record. Checking someone in means tapping how they paid (cash, card, pass or IOU), so there is no separate sheet and no separate tin count to reconcile later. The cash tin is still counted, but against a number the app already knows.
Does it work across several venues?
Yes. Each venue has its own hall cost and its own cash tin if you want one, and every class at every venue is in the same reports. Venues are never counted in the price.
Is this real-time?
As fast as the door taps. Each check-in is saved to the server straight away, so anyone with owner or admin access sees it on the next refresh.
