Why ClassMetrix

One page per problem the owner of a drop-in class business brings to us. Each says what goes wrong on paper, what ClassMetrix does about it, and what it doesn't do.

See how every class is doing, from anywhere

If your classes run on paper, you find out how they went weeks later, if at all.

Student details, waivers and emergency contacts, handled

Most drop-in classes have no reliable record of who their students are, who to call if someone is hurt, or whether anyone agreed to a waiver or a code of conduct.

Who taught, who worked the door: on record, for pay

Teacher pay goes wrong when nobody wrote down who worked.

Check a class in, in seconds

A queue at the door, a paper sheet, a cash tin and a volunteer doing maths.

Class passes that match the card in their hand

Paper punch cards get lost, shared and miscounted, and the owner never knows how many prepaid classes the business still owes.

Alternatives to Mindbody for drop-in classes

Seven tools compared, and who should pick which.
