See who is drifting away
The short answer
Under Money → Overview, the Drifting away card lists regulars not seen for the number of days you set, each with the class they were last at, so the right teacher can check in. What counts as a regular, and how many days is "drifting", are under More → Studio settings → Who counts as…. Socials and events don't count.
Settings (More → Studio settings → Who counts as…)
- Active: came in the last so many days. Counted as an active student in the overview.
- A regular at a venue: came in the last so many weeks. Regulars are shown first on that venue's rolls, and only regulars can drift.
- Drifting away: not seen for so many days.
Each name links to the person's page with their recent classes and how they paid. The guide finding students who have stopped coming says what to send.
Retention is a feature under More → Features; off hides the card.
