Switch features on or off
The short answer
Under More → Features, each part of the app has a switch: Passes, IOUs, Discounts and groups, Events and night prices, Notices, Teachers on the night, Front desk on the night, Teacher pay, Cash boxes, and Retention. Off means hidden everywhere, not deleted; switch it back on and everything is where you left it.
What is always on
Tonight's classes, the roll, check-in with cash, card and free trials, people and sign-up, hall costs, and the money overview.
Good to know
- Some features need another: IOUs need passes; teacher pay needs teachers on the night.
- If switching something off would hide live records (open IOUs, unpaid classes), you are asked to clear them first, or to switch off anyway.
- For teachers and front desk, set how many a class usually needs here; a class can override it.
