Take someone off the roll
The short answer
On the person's page, Edit details, tick Take off the roll, Save. They no longer appear on rolls or in the drifting-away list, but nothing is deleted: their history stays, and if they are ever checked in again they are back.
Steps
- Open People and tap the person.
- Tap Edit details (admins).
- Tick Take off the roll and tap Save.
There is no delete. Keeping the record is what makes the month's numbers stay true, and it is what the privacy page describes.
