Record who taught tonight
The short answer
On the roll, the Working tonight line shows "Teachers 1 of 2". Tap it: the class's usual teachers are one-tap buttons; anyone else, type the first letters of their name. The same for the front desk, if you track it. Pay is worked out from who is recorded, so do it on the night.
Steps
- Open tonight's class.
- Tap the Working tonight summary ("Teachers 1 of 2", "No front desk yet").
- Tap a usual teacher, or type a name and pick from the list. Remove someone with the ✕.
Why it matters
- Teacher pay is worked out from who is recorded, by your pay rules. Unrecorded teachers don't get onto the unpaid list.
- If nobody is recorded, the class's cost is estimated from its usual teacher cost and the money page says so.
- How many teachers and desk people a class needs is set per class (or a studio default) under Classes and venues; 0 means not tracked.
Teachers on the night and Front desk on the night are features you can switch off under More → Features if you don't pay per class. Then none of this appears.
