Sell a pass
The short answer
On the roll, tap the person's name, then ＋ Sell a new pass. Pick the pass size, then tap how they paid (Cash or Card). The pass is sold, one class is used for tonight, and the sale counts as money in tonight.
Steps
- Open tonight's class and tap the person's name.
- Tap ＋ Sell a new pass.
- Tap the pass size (your own sizes and prices, set under Studio settings). The full price is shown, and the price per class under it.
- Tap Cash or Card. That sells the pass and uses one class for tonight. The person is checked in.
Good to know
- Pass sales count as money in tonight (so the cash tin's expected total goes up if it was cash), and as revenue for each class as it is used. See why.
- Sold to the wrong person, or the wrong size? Remove tonight's check-in (Not here · remove) and use Adjust card to set the balance, or ask us through the chat button to remove the pass.
- A staff comp pass is given from the person's page (＋ Give a staff comp pass, admins only). It can't be shared.
