Adjust a pass card
The short answer
When the screen and the paper card disagree, tap Adjust card on the pass (on the roll or the person's page) and tap circles until the screen looks like the card. It changes the count only: no charge, no revenue, and the change is logged.
Steps
- Tap the person's name on the roll (or open their page under People).
- On the pass, tap Adjust card.
- Tap circles to punch or un-punch until the screen matches the card in their hand.
- Tap Save. The button tells you how many more or fewer are punched.
Adjustments are shown separately in the pass figures, so the prepaid classes you owe still add up. If the card has been used tonight, un-punching tonight is done from the check-in instead (Not here · remove).
