A price for one night
The short answer
On an event's roll (a class marked This is an event), tap 🎟 Price tonight. Set the price at the door, a volunteer price, and tick No passes or IOUs tonight if there is a band to pay. People already checked in are re-priced. Back to the normal price undoes it.
Steps
- Open the event under Tonight (admins only see the button).
- Tap 🎟 Price tonight: $15.
- Enter the price at the door and the volunteer price. Tick No passes or IOUs tonight if you like.
- Tap Save. The toast tells you how many check-ins were re-priced.
Add the band or DJ as a cost against the night: on the roll, ＋ Add a one-off cost to this class, so the night's profit is real. Events need the Events and night prices feature switched on.
