ClassMetrix vs Mindbody
Mindbody is the big booking suite: online booking, memberships, card payments, marketing, branded booking widgets for your own website, and a listing in the Mindbody app. It is priced per location: in Australia, Go A$89, Core A$279 and Growth A$369 a month; in the US, from US$79 a month, with every plan quoted through sales. ClassMetrix is a small tool for drop-in classes: no bookings, no payments, no marketing; it records who came and how they paid, and shows profit per class after hall hire and teacher pay, from AU$29 or US$19 a month with venues never counted. If students book and pay online, Mindbody. If they walk in and pay at the door, especially across several hired halls, ClassMetrix.

ClassMetrix, if your classes don't take bookings: it records check-ins and payments at the door, runs passes, teacher pay and cash tins, and shows profit per class, from AU$29 or US$19 a month. Your student list and pass balances can be brought across; email hello@classmetrix.app and say how you keep them now. Bookings and memberships don't come across because ClassMetrix doesn't have them.
